Explore the USA with a Visit Visa!
Any foreigner wishing to enter the United States must obtain either a long-term or short- term non-immigrant visa. Most applicants typically require a non-immigrant visa for temporary stays, such as business trips, tourism, work, or study. Applicants must prove to consular officials their intent to leave the US after their stay.
The most common types of US visas include the B-1 and B-2 visas. The B-1 visa is for business associates and scientific, educational, and business convention attendees, while the B-2 visa is for tourism, visiting family, medical treatment, and social activities.
Specific visas, such as H, L, O, P, and Q, are required for temporary work in the US, with approval from the USCIS. Forms I-129 and I-797 are essential for the work visa application process.

- A visa interview and thorough documentation is required.
- Applicants must show financial stability for their stay.
STUDY VISA

HOW TO OBTAIN A WORK PERMIT
The process for obtaining a work permit in Canada depends on the permit you are applying for.
For most closed work permits, applicants need an official job offer from a qualified Canadian employer supported by a Labour Market Impact Assessment (LMIA). This assessment ensures that hiring a foreign worker won’t negatively impact the Canadian workforce. Even those exempted from the LMIA or work permit requirements must prepare specific documentation to ensure entry into Canada.
There are two main pathways for obtaining a Canadian work permit.
Closed (restricted) work permits are tied to specific employers. In this type of permit, the foreign worker must remain with the same employer at the same location unless they change their permit. On the other hand, open work permits allow for more flexibility, enabling the holder to work for any employer across Canada.
Understanding and applying for a work permit process in Canada can be complex
but understanding these pathways and requirements is crucial for a successful application.
We can help you with the right preparation and documentation. It can go a long way in securing your work permit and beginning a new life in Canada.
